I suppose the first and most obvious reason why you would want to hire a motorhome is the fact that you only want the use of it for a week or two and don’t want the upfront or ongoing costs. You may also want the type of holiday that doesn’t pin you down to one place but allows you to up and go and explore all those interesting places whenever the fancy takes you. Maybe stopping for just a day or two at a time and in complete comfort unlike camping which can be very unpredictable and uncomfortable. Yes, camping is cheaper of course but if you want to be truly on the move and enjoy most of the comforts of home then hire a motorhome and a good way to reduce the cost of this is to invite friends to go with you and get them to pay their share.
